Lonestar Legacy Builders was founded by Rick Sepulveda and Jagan Subhas with one clear goal: to build homes that are intentional, functional, and built to last.
We specialize in Spec and Semi-Custom Homes built on our own lots, providing buyers with a streamlined path to homeownership without ever sacrificing quality or design. Together, Rick and Jagan bring over 40 years of combined experience in construction, development, design, and business operations to every project.
Our Leadership Team
Rick Sepulveda, a San Angelo native, brings over 20 years of expertise in construction, real estate development, architectural design, and investment. His background includes a successful career as an Austin-based General Contractor, where he actively delivers high-profile projects for major clients and corporations. Rick has also remained deeply active in the San Angelo market through various development and investment initiatives. He graduated from Howard College in San Angelo and later attended Missouri State University, building the entrepreneurial and technical foundation for my career in construction.
